Growing up I was told and even shown by believers in my church, other churches or my family that Prayer is not always necessary – “God gives us common sense and we are to use it.”
Well, at age 59 (becoming 60 on 3.5.11 God willing) I KNOW PRAYING IS THE KEY 2 EVERYTHING. The following helps one understand this more and more each day.
As I pray for my needs and others needs, I am actually becoming a prayer warrior, an intercessor, just as
JESUS was and is TODAY for all of us.
JESUS always, and I mean ALWAYS is interceding for us to our Heavenly Father – whether you believe in Jesus, the Heavenly Father, the Holy Spirit does not matter.
It is written that JESUS was sent to destroy the evil works of the devil our true enemy read 1 John 3:8. We have the power and authority through
JESUS CHRIST to destroy the evil works of the devil. We have to hear (from the Man of God) read and study for ourselves (just like we would if we were desiring a degree or certificate), and walk the talk as we live in the promise of the WORD of
GOD and to use the precious Name of
JESUS. If we Work the WORD, the WORD will Work!
The most powerful weapon we have is in the Name of JESUS CHRIST and God’s Holy Word against, Satan and his foul destroying demons. No weapon formed against us can prosper if we are serious about knowing why we pray. No power of darkness can stand against God’s Word in the sweet Name of
JESUS CHRIST and through the mighty Blood of
JESUS CHRIST.
