I want to thank you so much for your recent appearance on our local public affairs program, Joy in Our Town, that we taped on Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Your appearance is greatly appreciated by us and will also be appreciated by all those in our viewing audience who see it.
I am writing this e-mail to let you know when and where that segment that we taped with you will air. Baring any unusual circumstances, the program that we taped with you will be airing on our station's main signal on the following dates and times as the second segment of the program:
Monday, December 5, 2011 (11:30am-12:00pm)

It is possible that the program might air at other times as well. However, I cannot predict when those times will be or if they are guaranteed for airing this program. In any case, our station's main signal can be found "over-the-air" on digital channel 43-1 over the tri-state area as well as on Comcast Cable on either channel 12 or channel 277 in Wayne and Randolph Counties in Indiana. It can also be seen Time Warner Cable in the Dayton Market on analog channel 15 (or channel 14 in Northern and Western Dayton Market Areas such as Eaton, Greenville, Sidney, Springfield, and Troy) as well as digital channel 975. Time Warner in Oxford should also have us on analog channel 10. As for AT&T U-Verse, it should carry us in areas that it covers in the Dayton market on channel 43.
